Chef started at Âé¶¹´«Ã½teaching classes in both the kitchen and the storeroom, ensuring students have a solid understanding of what goes into purchasing and procurement before the food hits the frying pan.
He continues to work seasonally on Cape Cod as well as consulting work with his time away from the University.
